Everything was simply amazing. The hotel was a brilliant place for enjoying a traditional area, near to Nara's national park and Nara's main street as well as temples, tradtitional downtown and deer forest. The staff was attentive, brilliantly helpful, and responded promptly to requests.

all the staff members were incredibly nice and very welcoming. the location was stunning, at a moderate distance from bellagio conservatory & botanical garden.

The restaurant seemed to be a bit overpriced for dinner and lacked variety in its menu options. this minor issue barely affected the overall exceptional experience at the hotel.
